We will also focus on papers at the intersection of **Financial Intermediation, Technology**, including **FinTech, Crypto, AI and ML** and **Household Finance**. We will focus more on empirical papers and recent papers rather than classic finance papers.

This course focuses on the strategic design and management of operations processes and policies to match supply with demand in an economically sustainable manner. Credit will not be awarded for both MGT 6501 and MGT 6350.

Customer data is everywhere and growing faster than ever. Many firms have extensive data about consumers' choices and their responses to marketing campaigns, but few have the expertise to act on it intelligently. In this course, students will learn scientific approaches to analyzing customer data at each stage of the customer lifecycle to grow their business profitably and improve customer engagement. The course combines lectures, cases, and real-world databases to equip students with tools they can apply immediately on the job.
