Course Focus. This mentored graduate research course provides hands-on training in the design, analysis, integration, interpretation, and communication of single-cell and spatial omics studies. Students will work on an authentic biomedical research project and develop reproducible computational workflows that connect cellular states, molecular programs, tissue organization, and clinically or biologically relevant phenotypes.
