This course facilitates acquisition of a broad vocabulary and awareness of cultural customs and trends pertaining to the healthcare field. Taught in Spanish.

This synchronous online course introduces students to literature and film from around the globe and teaches comparative literary and cultural studies analysis. It explores Japanese history, culture, and language through Japan’s UNESCO World Cultural Heritage sites, offering essential travel Japanese and fostering intercultural understanding for future engineers and architects. If students have previously studied Japanese or lived in a Japanese-speaking environment, they are not allowed to take this course.

Introduction to listening, speaking, reading, and writing in French and to the culture of French-speaking regions.

This course combines current event discussion with ongoing conversation practice. Students participate in in-class discussions plus weekly language exchanges with native Spaniards. Taught in Spanish.
