Customer data is everywhere and growing faster than ever. Many firms have extensive data about consumers' choices and their responses to marketing campaigns, but few have the expertise to act on it intelligently. In this course, students will learn scientific approaches to analyzing customer data at each stage of the customer lifecycle to grow their business profitably and improve customer engagement. The course combines lectures, cases, and real-world databases to equip students with tools they can apply immediately on the job.
