This course focuses on how to lead individuals and teams within organizations. This course will develop a systematic understanding of behavior within formal organizational settings. Credit will not be awarded for both MGT 6502 and MGT 6100.

This course extends the principles of finance to an international setting. We will focus on economic principles, mathematical tools, financial instruments, and coding techniques to understand market imperfections, the management of exchange risk exposure, and the expanded global opportunity set for international investments. Major topics of the course include foreign exchange markets, determination and forecasting of the exchange rates with different models, methods in foreign exchange risk management, and international investments.

This course covers the basic concepts and frameworks of strategy analysis and strategy formulation. Credit will not be awarded for both MGT 3659 and MGT 4195.
